Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Triplanex (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. Triplanex is operated by Triplanex Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

Triplanex is a web-based trip planning application that allows users to organise itineraries, track shared expenses, shortlist hotels, maintain wishlists, and manage packing lists, either individually or collaboratively with travel partners.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@triplanex.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Triplanex offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or software intended to damage the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service without permission.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other harmful communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (trips, itineraries, expense records, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Triplanex a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share does not infringe on third-party rights.

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triplanex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
